These numbers are rising.

We’ve been told that exercising more and eat better – or less – will solve all of our problems.

The truth? This approach is ineffective and outdated.
And I don’t want you to add up to the above statistics.

Your health and vitality are the product of a synergy that’s infinitely more complex than a bunch of calories thrown together, or of mustering your willpower.

They’re made of your unique biology, your genes, lifestyle, past history, your thoughts and your emotions.

But more than that, your relationship with food is intimate, personal and emotional.
And so is your relationship with your body.

I’m Catarina Catarino, Pilates, Tai Chi and Qigong teacher, Transformational Nutrition and eating Psychology coach.
16 years in the wellness industry, 2 decades struggling with food disorders and alcohol addictions, IBS, disabling back pain and severe acne gave me an in-depth understanding of the effects our mental and emotional state have on health, mood and weight.

I’ve got the study and the creds, but my work is delivered from a place of real life experience.
