What qualifies me?
After 20 year of fighting against food and my body I’ve done them all: diets, workouts and ALL kinds of therapies. I overcame my eating disorders, addiction to alcohol and disabling health symptoms. I have seen and felt first hand the damaging effects inappropriate diets, exercises and unsustainable practices have in both our bodies and psyches.
My biggest lesson is that symptoms, be that extra weight, binge eating, back pain, a bloated belly or extreme fatigue – are gifts. I see your “problem” not as something to get rid of, but as a stepping stone for your empowerment and a transformation that can affect virtually all corners of your life.
